Here are documents that you may need from time to time:
After-School Registration Form: Submit this the first time your child(ren) use the program. It will be placed on file.
After-School Monthly Care Request Form: Submit one for every month you make use of the program.

Consider placing your child with Timothy Christian School. Click here for the tuition fees document and other useful information. You may still register for the 2011-2012 year.
