Board of Directors

Timothy Christian School is a parentally operated school and it relies completely on parents to participate in all aspects of its function.

The Timothy Christian School Association elects the Board of Directors, which, in turn, appoints various committees. The Board’s structure, policies and procedures are outlined in the TCS Policies & Procedures Manual. The board members are elected from the membership.

The Board of Directors performs the following duties:

• Determines school policies in harmony with the bylaws and in accordance with decisions made by the corporation.

• Makes plans for obtaining the necessary funds for operating the school and determines how these funds shall be distributed.
